They were able to accommodate our early arrival before check-in, which was a big help. The room was immaculate, with a comfortable bed and a nice, spacious bathroom, and the staff were both friendly and very professional. Breakfast offered lots of choice and was delicious. The location was perfect, and I couldn’t find a fault. It’s nice to know the hotel welcomes dogs, though we didn’t have one with us this time. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely stay again.

The food and breakfast were consistently fresh and plentiful, and the staff and service made us feel comfortable and secure. The hotel is set away from the main attractions, so it’s quiet, but still very convenient for the metro, taxis, and walking around the city. Highly recommended. We can’t wait to come back.

The breakfast was a real highlight, especially the croissants, lime croissants, and delicious Flan Pâtissier. The whole team showed such genuine hospitality, and our upgrade to Room 701 came with a lovely walk-out balcony and a partial Eiffel Tower view. Great location and truly excellent service. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Paris, and we’ll be back!

The team made us feel welcome at every turn. They were attentive, professional, genuinely kind, and always willing to do a little extra. The room was beautifully designed and comfortable, with thoughtful details that feel true to Sofitel’s signature luxury. Sofitel Arc de Triomphe Paris blends modern comfort with Parisian elegance. It’s just steps from the Arc de Triomphe, yet the setting feels peaceful and refined. It offers a real Parisian experience, and I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Mr. Guerrier made check-in smooth with a professional, welcoming manner, and Mr. Lanzi, the concierge, was fantastic. His suggestions and help really lifted our stay. The location is ideal, only steps from the Champs-Élysées and close to everything Paris offers. We had an exceptional visit at the Sofitel Arc de Triomphe, with excellent service and a beautiful property. Highly recommend it!
