Grand Hotel Francais

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. On our first evening, we had a drink in the lobby, and he made us something new to us. We were also pleasantly surprised by a complimentary cheese platter. It was delicious. Thanks, Gaye! The rooms were excellent and had a lovely balcony. The metro was just a one-minute walk away, with all the main highlights reachable within 20 minutes. We'd book this fantastic hotel again without hesitation.

The host was gracious and kind, always happy to chat or teach us a few French phrases. He's inspired my fiancée to learn French, so she'll be able to have a happy conversation with him and the staff when we return for our honeymoon. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a wonderful stay! 😊 My fiancée and I spent eight nights at Grand Hotel Francais, and we knew it would be a great visit as soon as we checked in. The host noticed that the room we'd booked was too small for our luggage and kindly moved us to a bigger one, with a bottle of red to celebrate our engagement. The rooms were clean and cosy, and amenities were changed regularly. We liked the hotel breakfast too. With two metro stations nearby, getting around Paris was convenient, and there were lovely restaurants and bakeries in the area.

The room was quite small, but clean and nice, with its own temperature control. We could open the cute French doors and window. The service was fantastic. After we'd been out, they opened the bar for us, and we enjoyed a delicious Merlot. I'd definitely stay here again.

We found the bed comfy and the room spacious, and the bathroom looked brand new. The hotel has been renovated, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The area was really convenient, with lots of great restaurants and bakeries within walking distance, plus two pharmacies within a five-minute walk. We'll definitely stay here next time we're back in Paris.
