I stayed here in 2017, and I still remember how awful the room was. The window was at ground level and wouldn't close. There was dirt everywhere, and the bathroom was moldy, dirty, and smelly. After showering, I felt dirtier than before. Don't stay here. The money you save isn't worth it.

The staff didn't seem interested in complaints or in helping. They just brushed things off. The shower was broken when we checked in and wasn't repaired until the day we checked out, after we asked three times. The room kept smelling of marijuana, and the walls were so thin we could hear everything in the neighboring rooms. We'd booked a double room with a private bathroom. The room was tiny, the bathroom even smaller, and there were no towels. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillow was flat. I've seen prison cells better than this. Don't stay here.

More than four years later, the memories still haunt us. The building looked like it could fall down any minute, and the bathroom was disgusting. We paid for poor-quality Wi-Fi, too. The bedsheets were dirty when we arrived, so we asked for replacements. A staff member came to the room and said, “You think this is dirty?!” He seemed ready to snap and hit me. They eventually moved us to another room, but its sheets smelled bad and had several strands of hair on them. The bathroom there was even worse than the first one.

When we arrived, we were told to wait because the man was eating. Great. The place was warm, which was nice, but it was very dirty. What we saw under the bed was concerning, and the toilets were so poor I wouldn't have dared to shower. It was missing basic comforts, even a glass in the bathroom for a drink. If you just need somewhere to sleep for one night and aren't fussy, you could do it. I wouldn't stay more than one night, or come back.
