Hôtel du Savoir

There are lots of good restaurants and bakeries nearby, and dinner at Selva is worth it. The location also makes it easy to walk to the Louvre and Musée d’Orsay, with the metro close by. We stayed three nights in January and would definitely return. The hotel and rooms have a beautiful look, the beds are comfortable and firm, and the showers have great water pressure. The staff were friendly and super helpful.

Room 51 had an excellent view. The rooms are small, but fine for a weekend if you pack light. Service was friendly and the room was clean. At 1.9m, I found the bed a bit short, but I survived. The location is amazing, with lots to see nearby and getting to and from CDG Airport was pretty easy.

The hotel is in a busy area with substantial noise and heavy foot traffic, though from the 5th floor I didn't have a noise problem. My room was larger than most hotel rooms I've had in Europe, and I loved the small balcony and its view. The staff were friendly and offered help when needed. Hôtel du Savior was an okay stay, but a few small things about the room and visit weren't great, so overall I wouldn't book here again.

The location was perfect, close to the center and places like the Louvre, with the metro making it easy to get around. Even from a floor below the top, I had a pretty street view and could see Notre Dame. I loved the interior, the beautiful room, comfy bed and pillows, and nice linen. I slept so well. The bathroom was nicely finished, the soaps smelled heavenly, and the shower was good too. Staff were polite and kindly carried our bags since the elevator wasn't working. The 24-hour check-in was really useful, though check-in took quite a while compared with other places I've stayed. We also had to fill in the secondary guest details on the spot. It might be nice to register that while booking and save time on arrival.
