The rooms are pretty basic but usable, which you can tell from the photos. The service, though, was stellar and just what I’d hoped for from the earlier reviews. It poured on my first day in Paris, and the staff lent me a proper umbrella, not one of those mini ones. They were kind and patient.

Thanks for a perfect stay! The location is amazing, right by the subway in the heart of Paris, and just a ten-minute walk from printemps and galeries lafayette. My room was quiet, very clean, and had good air conditioning. Breakfast was good too. I’ll definitely come back to hotel du theatre on my next Paris visit.

The rooms are compact but have everything you need, and breakfast came with nice fresh bread, pastries, and more. Staff were friendly, too. It’s very close to the metro and handy for Moulin Rouge, Montmartre, and Sacre Coeur, with plenty of lovely bars and restaurants right nearby. I’d stay again!

The location was ideal and the staff were polite and friendly. We had a lovely stay over New Year’s. The bed was comfortable and clean, though there was a questionable stain on one of the curtains, which is why I’ve taken off a star.

The room was lovely and really quiet, and the decor was very nice. We slept well and had a very nice stay overall. The only issue came at breakfast. It’s supposed to run until 10:30 AM, but before 10 the woman working there had started clearing everything away and kept loudly repeating, “It’s 10 AM, it’s 10 AM.” That mismatch between the website schedule and the staff was unpleasant. Breakfast should be relaxing, but in such a tiny room it was uncomfortable having her constantly nearby waiting to clean up. The receptionist also wasn’t very clear about the details when we arrived.
