I want to update my earlier review and thank the hotel management for their professional, understanding response. Once I explained my situation, the team contacted me directly and showed real care and flexibility. Because of the current travel situation and airport closures, they offered to keep my reservation open until the end of the year, with the option to extend it if travel is still impossible. I’m grateful for their kindness, quick response, and willingness to find a fair solution. Special thanks to Ms. Sorour for her attention and support, and for helping resolve things so thoughtfully. Their help during this difficult situation means a lot. Thank you to the team for the excellent customer service. I look forward to visiting in the future.

Our room at Hotel Elysia was massive, with a beautiful view over two sides of the street from what might be the best balcony in Paris. It was so picturesque. The room was clean and had an automated jacuzzi tub. Oussama made check-in and checkout smooth, and really made our stay special. I’ll definitely come back to Paris and stay here again.

On my first trip to Paris, this hotel felt like a dream. The room was very spacious, with a full bath, lovely design, and Parisian windows. The front desk staff were kind and friendly, and they gave us free macaroons at check-in. It’s near the Champs Élysées and arc de triomphe, in a good, safe area for shopping. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury boutique hotel in Paris.
