The front desk team were super friendly, and manager Arthur was especially kind, professional, and helpful. They also made it easy to store our luggage both before and after check-in. We got upgraded to a cute balcony room, with cozy, warm beds, a clean bathroom, and Netflix on the TV, which was a big plus. Even the lobby felt cozy and was nicely decorated. It was a great short stay. The hotel was conveniently placed for arriving from Gare du Nord, and made it easy to get out for food, shopping, and walks around the city.

There are plenty of good places to eat nearby, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was very good, with the option to order à la carte. The hotel feels fresh and has a nice design. Rooms are small but comfortable, and the courtyard facing ones are very quiet. There’s no fridge in the room, but a self-serve bar at reception. The nearest metro stations are a 5-10 minute walk away. Definitely recommend.

Service was fantastic throughout, from the different reception shifts to the breakfast attendants, and the buffet was plentiful with good coffee. As a frequent business traveler, I had a deluxe room that was just the right size. Smaller rooms might feel a bit too cosy for couples. The recently renovated hotel feels new, clean, and tastefully decorated. I’d be happy to return.

The rooms are neat and elegant, the beds comfy, and the pillows soft but still firm enough to keep my neck supported. I had a peaceful, pleasant stay at The Faubourg Galant. It’s a gem, with a great atmosphere and an amazing location. Thanks to Thomas, Joao, and their colleagues. Can’t get much more Parisian than this. Would recommend.

The employees were friendly and informative, and the place is beautifully designed inside and out. My room was really comfortable, and I enjoyed my stay. I’m looking forward to coming back. Five stars.
