We could walk to the Louvre and really enjoyed seeing the city on foot. The hotel is also very close to the train station and metro. It's set in a dreamy historic building that's well maintained. The staff were kind and welcoming, especially Mrs. Barbara at the buffet. The room and sheets were very clean, and housekeeping brought fresh towels and refreshments every day. Breakfast was included. The buffet was small, but there was enough choice for all tastes.

Of the three hotels we stayed in Paris, this was our favourite. It had Parisian charm and was quiet, with a very welcome lift. The room and bathroom were both very spacious. The location worked perfectly for us, with the metro, Galeries Lafayette, and Paris Opera all a short walk away. We'd highly recommend it and stay again.

We had signed up for a breakfast time but still waited 30 minutes. The room was full because some people arrived late for breakfast. Apart from that, we had a really nice stay. The people at the counter were helpful, and the rooms were decent.

Every room is different and quirky, and the place has the charm of an authentic Parisien hotel rather than a generic modern one. My wife and I first stayed here more than 20 years ago, and the friendly staff still remember us when we check in. Highly recommended.

The staff were warm, polite, and genuinely helpful, and I have nothing to complain about. The building and my room were lovely, and the room was clean and comfortable. Getting around was easy too: the hotel is right in the city center, about a 10-minute walk from Opéra if you arrive from CDG on the RoissyBus, and within five minutes of two metro stations. I can’t thank the team enough.
