Bryan greeted us and was so lovely and helpful. He answered all our questions about the area, gave us great recommendations, and even searched for restaurants and called them when we couldn’t find any open. When we couldn’t get a restaurant, he kindly offered to make us sandwiches at 2 am. The hotel also offered us an upgrade after I mentioned it was a special occasion. We loved the hotel and I’d definitely recommend hotel madrigal.

There was a lot of dust on the furniture and in the bathroom, but it was cleaned the next day. The staff were very nice and helpful, and even offered to let us check in a little early. The rooms were big enough and had a nice view. The hotel is very well located. All in all, it was really good and better than I expected. For what we paid, it was great.

Staying at this hotel was awesome. The staff were so kind, the beds were very comfortable, the room temperature was just right, and everything was clean. I’d choose it again next time I’m in Paris.

João made me feel at home from the start, with tips for a grocery store and a good place to eat. The rest of the staff were just as welcoming and ready to help. The rooms were fresh, comfortable, and clearly well looked after by housekeeping. The hotel/hostel is very central, so getting around and finding nearby essentials was easy. My only small gripe is the locker: fine for clothes, smaller items, or a daypack, but too small for a carry-on or larger bag. Keep that in mind when packing. Even so, I had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend the place.
