Hôtel Le Temple de Jeanne

What made our honeymoon stay feel so special was Moses and his team. They were kind, attentive, and made every interaction feel personal and easy. They often seemed to anticipate what we needed before we asked, and made us feel at home while we were abroad. The hotel itself is historic, elegant, beautifully maintained, and comfortable, with just the right amount of Parisian charm. The rooms, service, and atmosphere all felt carefully considered. We travel often and have stayed at many lovely properties, but this one stands apart for us. Our time in Paris was exceptional, and the hotel played a big part in making it unforgettable. We’ll absolutely be back.

My husband put together a long weekend in Paris for my 40th birthday, with a night at Disney and then one here. I was impressed by his hotel choice. The decor was quirky and lovely, and the location was great. The day before, a lovely receptionist called him and offered an upgrade for my birthday. He accepted, and we were amazed to find ourselves in the penthouse room. The terrace looked out towards Notre Dame, the decor was plush, and the roll-top bath was wonderful after 1.5 days walking around Disney. There was also a sweet birthday present and balloon on the bed. The bed was SO comfortable, and we slept really well. We skipped breakfast because we're vegan and wanted to eat at the vegan bakery nearby. We'd asked for plant milk to have with tea in the room, but when we asked that evening, it seemed they didn't have any. The next morning another staff member offered to get some from the shop. We were fine drinking the tea black, and the teas they had were delicious. A couple of small things: the faux foliage on the terrace needs refreshing, or maybe removing. The elevator only reaches the fourth floor, so you have to take the stairs to floors five and six. The English TV channels weren't in English. We really enjoyed our stay and would 100% return. I came home a very happy 40-year-old.

The building is stunning, and the hotel is so central yet extremely quiet. My husband and I travel a lot, and this was the best hotel stay I’ve had. The staff were helpful, friendly, and accommodating, the bed was comfortable, and the room had lots of amenities. I’d recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Paris who can manage a few steps. There is an elevator, though you may still need to go up or down some steps to reach your room.

Such a welcoming, cozy stay. The staff were charming and knowledgeable, and quick to take care of requests. Everything was wonderful, and I wish I could have stayed longer. It was really memorable. Thank you!
