The breakfast was wonderful, with lots of choice and delicious French bread, and my five-year-old loved the play area. The location was great for the Eiffel Tower, which is an easy walk, and the Louvre is also walkable for a lovely Parisian stroll, though it's farther away. Everyone was lovely and helpful, from reception to the restaurant and cleaning staff. It was our first stay, and we'll definitely come back when we're in Paris. My son left his sentimental blanket in the room, and the cleaning staff found it and kindly arranged to ship it back to us in the U.K. We're incredibly grateful. I'd highly recommend the hotel.

The room was small, with no mini-fridge, safe, or tea and coffee facilities, but the bed was very comfortable and there was a large TV and free WiFi. The main room had an openable window and clothing hangers; the shower room was tiny but had a hair dryer. We stayed for over a week, and the sheets and towels weren't changed every day. Reception staff were attentive and service-minded. The building has eight floors above ground level and three lifts, plus a restaurant we didn't try. Getting around was easy: Cambronne metro is three minutes away, La Motte-Picquet Grenelle about five, and the line 80 bus stop is right outside. There's also a taxi stand opposite, and the Eiffel Tower is an easy walk. Restaurants, a bakery, and a pharmacy are two minutes away, with a local market nearby on Sundays and Wednesdays.

A little market right next door had ice cream, and breakfast was delicious every morning. We liked dinner the one night we ate at the hotel too. The room was cleaned daily and had fresh towels. The air conditioning worked well during the heatwave, and the metro was close, just three stops from the Eiffel Tower. My best friend and I had a fun Paris vacation staying here.

The staff were always smiling, kind, and ready to help, and they made us feel welcome and well looked after. Our rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The location was incredibly convenient, close to everything, and made for a wonderful holiday.

The staff were friendly and spoke several languages. The vending machines were stocked and fairly priced, and the bar food was better than average, especially the pizza. There's also a wonderful cafe a minute away with great coffee. The hotel is clean and comfortable, very close to the metro, and a 10-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. There's no tea or coffee in the room and the TV doesn't work, but I didn't mind. Enjoy Paris, not the television. The air conditioning needs work, and that's my only complaint. Some of the bad reviews seem unfair, and we're planning to stay again for the location and friendly staff.
