I booked five nights but left after the first. My room was decrepit, with a disgusting shower, cigarette burns in the bed, and a little steel locker for a closet with hangers I couldn't use. It was above the entry stairwell, so I heard everyone coming and going and all their conversations. Staff were marginally rude. It was hard to find the hotel because it's not on an accessible street. The street signs were covered in graffiti, and trees and ivy hid the sign from the crossway. There was a gang fight in the alley the night I stayed. I watched the beatdown from the hotel window, but it wouldn't be good to be walking by or woken by people shouting obscenities. If you want to stay in this area of Paris, I highly suggest finding somewhere else.
