Breakfast was good, and Olga at the front desk was great and very helpful. The rooms themselves are very basic. In our first one the air conditioning didn't work, so there was just a fan, and the very old carpet looked dirty. The room was too small for two people. We asked to move and got another room that was a little better.

The service was awful. We've had no working air conditioning for three days. They said they'd fix it but did nothing, and gave us only tiny fans that barely move any air. The room feels so stuffy we can hardly breathe. We can only sleep with no clothes on and the air blowing straight at our faces. The hotel also smells like drainage. The woman at the front desk was disrespectful and made faces at everyone. Whenever we asked for anything, even a spoon, she looked disgusted. On our third day we asked again about the air and got no answers. This is the worst customer service I've experienced while travelling. Totally don't recommend this hotel. Never come here!

The staff are really friendly and helpful, and the room is comfortable. Breakfast is delicious, and it's good value for money. I love the location, too. Paris Metro line 8 gives direct access to Champs Elysées, Concorde, Arc de Triomphe, Opéra and its upscale shopping center, Eiffel Tower, and Latin quarter.

I honestly don't know why this hotel only has a 3.6 rating. I arrived early and met Olga, the nicest receptionist. She showed us the room and let us check in early. I'd definitely recommend the hotel, and a big thanks again to Olga.

Room service was the worst part of our stay. After a full day at Disneyland Paris, we got back at 23:30 exhausted. At 9 a.m. the next morning, a man opened our door and woke us. I said we were resting and would leave the room at 12 p.m., as agreed. We went for breakfast, came back at 11:00, and had time to shower and get ready to drive. Then at 11:45 the same man opened the door again without permission. I got very angry and reported it to reception, where the receptionist apologized. The carpet was dirty, and the parking was awkward and extremely tight, so it was easy to scratch the car. There isn't even a phone in the room to call reception. The hotel and service were terrible. The receptionist was the only positive, very professional. Everything else, stay away. We were there for two nights.
