Le Glam's Hôtel

I stayed for two nights, the first with a group. When I went into the room, I found a bunch of long hairs near the bed. Reception promised me one free breakfast and a second for my roommate for €10 instead of €14. We ate breakfast the next day, and I paid €10 by card at reception for both. I then stayed one more night alone. The next morning, the receptionist asked me to pay €28 for both breakfasts from the day before. I explained what had happened, but she didn’t believe me. I was late and tired, so I paid €14 in cash for just my own breakfast and left. I emailed to ask for a refund and am still waiting. The people at this hotel are very disorganized and unkind. I’d like to attach a picture of the hairs and proof of the €10 payment for both breakfasts. On the first night, I asked the night boy for a little hot water. He answered with a cold, rude “NO.”

The location is great and the people are lovely. Rooms are a bit small, but the price reflects that. I’d recommend it as a budget option.

Our stay was very pleasant. The room was clean, and the staff were helpful and kind. The pillows were a bonus, some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The downside was the noise in the morning, since our room was right by reception and people were checking in.

The staff were easily the best part of the stay, so warm, kind, and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again. It’s a boutique hotel with the small rooms you commonly find in Paris, but for this price they’re perfectly reasonable. The bathrooms are modern and very clean. You can’t do better for the price.
