Le Monsieur by Sweett

I’m very frustrated by the room I was assigned. I booked again based on the standard and comfort of my previous stay, but ended up in a ground-floor disability-accessible room with no view. There was constant street and lobby noise, and the setup didn’t feel intended for a regular guest. This isn’t what I paid for, and the downgrade is especially disappointing after choosing the hotel again. I expect to be moved promptly to a proper standard room with a normal layout and a view, similar to the one I had last time.

Friendly staff, a cozy room, and a tasty breakfast. There were always croissants and coffee available at reception. I left my hair straightener in the room, but they contacted me right away and asked me to come get it. Luckily, I’d left my things there before catching the train. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was poor, with very little choice and low-quality food. Reception offered no help at all, and although the invoice was wrong, they didn’t fix it after I asked. Staff took no responsibility and proposed no solution. For a hotel presented as four-star, the service falls well short. It felt like a three-star experience at best.

The location was excellent and made it really convenient to explore the area. I had a wonderful stay. Many thanks to Hassan and Joshua, who answered all my questions quickly and were incredibly helpful. Their attention and support made the visit even better.
