On my first day in Paris, I went to the information booth to ask about buying tickets in bulk, as several websites had suggested. I asked politely in English because I'm a tourist and don't speak or understand French. The man at the window started shouting at me in French and waving his arms aggressively. It was a pretty unpleasant welcome to Paris. He seems to hate both people and his job, and should be fired.

I asked the lady today for the Navigo justification. Her attitude and behavior were very, very bad.

This is a very nice Metro station, and it's not far from Gare du Nord. It also doesn't get as crowded as Gare du Nord.
