Love Hotel a Paris - Adults Only

We liked the facilities and the staff were very nice. The room was clean, and the shower worked well. Ours had a swing, which we definitely made use of. The room next door stayed empty while we were there, so there was no peek-a-boo. It could have been a bit bigger, but that didn't bother us. We'd come back for sure.

Loved the fun room themes. The place was clean, the bed was great, and the shower was good too. Such a fun stay, and the location is amazing.

We checked in at 8, and within 15 minutes the room had become really hot. The air conditioning kept blowing warm air even with the setting at 18 degrees. A man from reception came up and turned it on, telling us to wait for the temperature to drop. After an hour and a half in a room that felt like 35 degrees, we had headaches and felt overheated. Warm air was still coming out, so I went back downstairs. The receptionist couldn't help much because she didn't understand much English, but a cleaner helped me ask for another room. I also requested compensation, perhaps some money or free use of the jacuzzi, because we'd felt overheated and had lost so much time. Reception said there would be no compensation. The next room was still very hot and its air conditioning didn't work either. They moved us again, but that room's unit also failed and it was still warm. Eventually they said none of the air conditioning worked because of the cold weather. I was stunned after all that discussion, and they still wouldn't compensate us. It was a really bad experience.

I booked through hotels.com, then the hotel messaged to say they couldn't give me a room for “administrative” reasons. hotels.com couldn't reach anyone there to confirm the issue, and no one answers the phone, so I won't get my money back. I'm done with hotels.com for letting businesses like this use their platform. Don't book here. Absolute scam hotel.
