Samir and Alexander made everything easy and enjoyable at reception. They were welcoming, professional, attentive, and quick to help. Really great hospitality and customer service, thank you both.

The location is excellent, and the friendly staff and good service made this a comfortable, pleasant stay. The shower feels dated, and there are visible signs of wear in the bathroom. I couldn’t work out the air conditioning, so I slept with the window open. That was fine for me, though it might not suit everyone. The fridge was empty, and there was an empty water bottle on the table. Not sure why they left it there without filling it. A little French mystery.

The hotel is well placed for public transport and many Paris attractions, and the rooms are good quality with practical furniture. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of fresh food, especially the pastries, and several dishes made to order. The minibar was empty, though you can refill water bottles at dispensers by the elevator. Also, the King Size bed was actually two single beds under double sheets. The serious problem was how check-in and checkout were handled. I was traveling for business, with the room prepaid through my travel agency. I asked the concierge to confirm the payment, and they did, but I was still asked for a security deposit. I used my prepaid card, and the amount was blocked right away. I was told it would be released at checkout. I travel often and know this standard process, so I provided the requested details without concern. Early on the morning I left, my bank alerted me to an attempted charge for the full stay. It was declined because the card didn’t have enough funds. I was glad it was prepaid. If I’d used a regular credit card, the charge would surely have gone through. I went to reception with the attempted charge notice and the agency’s prepaid voucher. A young staff member brushed it off as a simple mistake and didn’t apologize, which was disappointing since I hadn’t even checked out yet. At checkout, I specifically asked for the blocked deposit to be released immediately because I no longer trusted how my banking details were being handled. They processed the refund on the spot. It’s a shame this avoidable incident affects my rating, as the hotel is otherwise very good. Other reviews suggest these “oversights” with room charges may not be uncommon. It’s a pity, since problems like this could drive customers away despite the property’s overall quality.

I loved this hotel :) The location and service were perfect, and a special thank you to Vanessa. She cared about our honeymoon and asked her manager to arrange something for us. We actually extended our stay by three days, and choosing this hotel was one of my best decisions for the honeymoon. The room, hot water, location, and service were all good. Thank you for making our honeymoon lovely 🫶
