Madame Drouot & Spa - Opéra

For coffee lovers, the Nespresso machine and capsules in the room are a great little detail. The price was also very affordable for the service and quality, and the value far exceeded what I expected. I honestly can't remember staying somewhere better. Bravo, bravo, bravo! This was my fifth trip to Paris, and I'd stayed somewhere different each time before this hotel. It's brand new, beautifully designed, smells fresh, and is spotlessly clean. The location puts you right in the heart of everything. I wondered if a 15m² room would feel small, but it was more than enough and worked perfectly well. Despite being so central, it was incredibly quiet at night. The staff were kind and attentive. They even put the cheese and pâté I bought in the fridge overnight, and had umbrellas ready for guests when it rained.

The marble bathrooms are gorgeous and spacious, and the bedrooms are very comfortable, with thoughtful design and plenty of closets and spots for smaller belongings. Paris hotel rooms can be small, but having so much storage made it much easier to fit everything and enjoy the stay. We loved this hotel so much on our last trip that we came back two months later. It's new, yet the staff already work like a well-oiled machine, and the hotel is in excellent shape. We can't wait to return!

Breakfast was the one small drawback. It's à la carte instead of a buffet, and the choice might feel limited if you're staying longer, though it wasn't a big problem for us. The small pool and sauna were clean and easy to use. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed, including good coffee. Housekeeping cleaned it daily. The hotel is relatively small, but modern, with everything looking new and well kept. Staff were always friendly, polite, and smiling. There's lots of nightlife nearby, along with restaurants, bars, and cafés. Both the metro and bus stations are a five-minute walk away, making major sights and the main train station easy to reach.

For our friend's last-minute 60th birthday girls' trip, we found this little hotel by looking through reviews. What a find! It's in a safe, convenient area, with lots of cafés and shops close by. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. They were so cheerful and approachable that we could happily have stayed in the lobby chatting all day. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Clarins bath products were a nice bonus. The restaurant's breakfast was great, and the service there was amazing too. I'd recommend adding breakfast when you book, it was well worth it. This small boutique hotel will be my go-to next time I visit Paris.
