The staff were a real highlight, especially concierge Paul, and even the complimentary still and sparkling water was a nice touch. My room was spotless, with a modern bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was both tasty and affordable. The hotel is stylish, cozy and elegant, in a great spot in the 17th arrondissement. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from the Metro and RER. I had an excellent stay and would gladly return.

The reception service was disappointing too. A few days before arriving, I asked the hotel to help reserve a restaurant for a special occasion, but the assistance was minimal and unhelpful. When we got there at about 9:00 p.m., the room was just 17°C. After a long day of travel we wanted to shower and settle in, but had to wait quite a while for it to reach a comfortable temperature. The room itself was excessively small for a hotel in this category. The stay fell short on both comfort and service, and I wouldn’t recommend Hotel Neuville Arc de Triomphe in Paris.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and getting around is easy: a train station, Metro stop and bus stop are all about a three-minute walk away. The hotel is charming and sits in a nice part of Paris’ 17th arrondissement, with plenty of restaurants, brasseries and convenience stores nearby.

Reception were very helpful, and the hotel gives out free filtered water, which was nice. The area is decent and convenient, and the Arc de Triomphe is within walking distance. The room size was fine for Paris, but cleaning needs improvement, both in the room and at breakfast. Breakfast wasn’t good.
