Thomas and Maïssa made my stay at Novotel Porte de Versailles memorable with their warm, helpful service. They guided me around the city and suggested great restaurants, and their professionalism really improved my experience. I hope their manager Paul hears about the excellent care they gave me, which reflects so well on the hotel. They deserve recognition for their work. Thank you ❤️

The people behind the facilities are what made Novotel Paris port de Versailles special. Throughout my stay, comfort, cleanliness, organization, and the welcoming atmosphere all exceeded expectations. The team showed real care and consistently responded with warmth, clarity, and efficiency, starting with the professionalism of the very first communication. Camille deserves special thanks for her attention and professionalism even before I arrived. Her quick responses and positive attitude left a strong impression. This was a memorable, refined experience, and the Novotel team made me feel at home. Whenever I visit Paris, this will be my hotel. I stayed from 8 to 12 October 2025.

The view from the hotel's top floor was fantastic. On our first night, we went up and saw the Eiffel Tower sparkling. The Chromecast on the TV was a lifesaver when we wanted to relax in the evening, with YouTube, Netflix, and more. Housekeeping cleaned every day, but were considerate: they didn't disturb us or enter without asking, and knocked once to check whether we wanted the room cleaned. We stayed Sunday through Thursday, and the room, view, staff, and service all impressed me. The hotel was beautiful, and booking through easyjet gave me and my partner the best travel and stay experience we've had. 10/10 recommend.

The breakfast and dinner were delicious, and I made good use of the gym, which had everything I needed for a trip. We had a wonderful time at the hotel during Paris Fashion Week. The rooms were great, and the staff were friendly and always glad to help. I’d recommend it for a Paris work trip or a team stay.

The rooftop bar has amazing views of the Eiffel Tower, and the staff were excellent. Livia made the best cappuccino I’ve ever had and exceeded my expectations. It’s a wonderful hotel for a short Paris stay. 10/10, would recommend.
