The apartment was roomy and clean, with an electric oven, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher. But two things kept me from giving it five stars. The bedroom air conditioner wasn’t working, and the insulation was so poor that I could hear people laughing and shouting in the street, as well as people upstairs. It got really annoying.

We had three apartments for our family groups, about 12 people across three generations, and each one was accessible, spacious, clean, stylish, and suited our needs. Central AC and working elevators were an added bonus, incroyable! Alexis and his team were gracious and extremely professional. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Protip: Rent directly and don't look elsewhere!

The owner was really kind and helped us with everything we needed. There were eight of us, and the apartment was much better than we expected. It was really clean and tidy.

My family of six fit very comfortably in the apartment, which is set up to accommodate larger groups. It was in great condition, and the photos didn’t do it justice. Assas Vavin Appartements was amazing. 100% recommended.

The kitchen, bedroom, living area, and surrounding neighborhood were all perfect. I had the best stay here for seven nights, and I definitely plan to stay again on my next trip to Paris.
