Relais Hotel Du Vieux Paris

The building is almost 500 years old, so the rooms are on the small side, the elevator is tiny, and the stairs are very narrow. I found those quirks part of its charm. The people were the best part, so helpful and kind, and did all they could to make our stay better. The location is great too, near the subway and within walking distance of most major Paris attractions. I’d stay here again if I return to Paris.

My wife and I spent 8 nights here, and we’re planning to come back. The hotel is quiet, clean, and only a 5-minute walk from the Notre Dame Cathedral. The staff were helpful with nearly everything. We also found some of the best restaurants we ate at in Paris just a short walk away, along with art galleries and plenty of shops. We enjoyed our stay and hope you do too.

The rooms were clean and looked well cared for, and the location is fantastic. The front desk staff were easy to talk to and gave great service. They even brought our stored bags up to our room.

The breakfast made mornings easy and kept us full: butter croissants, chocolate croissants, fruit, eggs, juice, yogurt, and coffee. Everyone welcomed us warmly, and every interaction came with a smile. The room had genuinely cold air conditioning, a huge plus in Europe, and the mattress was a little firm but still comfortable for a good night’s sleep. Relais Hôtel du Vieux Paris has a quaint feel with modern touches to cover what you need. It’s in a quiet area, about a 10-minute walk from either the Odéon bus station or the Saint-Michel metro. I’d absolutely recommend it for a Paris stay, 10/10.
