After a transatlantic flight, I got to the apartment at 4:30pm and found three people inside, sitting around eating. They seemed surprised to see me. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional behavior, so I booked somewhere else. I’d been wary because of the earlier reviews, though some recent ones made it sound like things might have improved. Unfortunately, they hadn’t. I’ve requested a refund and will update this review when management responds.

We stayed at this residence in September. It was clean, looked like the photos, and had enough space for two. There were a few minor issues, including not being able to reach the agency or owner. I think four out of five is fair.

The place was really dirty, and the instructions for the door code weren’t very clear. The location is good, close to metro line 2.
