What stood out most was the receptionist in the office, who was welcoming, kind, and ready to help whenever I needed something. His positive attitude and professionalism made me feel well looked after. The rest of the stay was great too. Hotel Augustin was clean and comfortable, and the area made it easy to explore Paris. I’d definitely recommend it.

My room was neat, clean, nicely decorated, and had a great view. The bed was very comfortable, and they’d even thought of little things like a shoe cleaner. Service was impressive from check-in through check-out. The whole team was helpful and greeted me with a smile. Thanks especially to Samar and Hayat for being so wonderful during my stay. I was really happy I chose Hotel Augustin for my holiday. It was my favorite stay in Paris, and I’ll definitely be back.

The staff made our 10th anniversary trip to Paris feel truly special. They decorated our room, left lovely surprises, and wrote us a warm handwritten card. When we met them, they congratulated us in person. Their care felt sincere, and those thoughtful touches made unforgettable memories for us. The luggage storage was convenient and made the trip easier, and the snack bar was a lovely bonus. Every detail added comfort and joy. We highly recommend Hôtel Augustin - Astotel to anyone visiting Paris. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for.

We stayed for 2 nights, and the room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is handy for central Paris, close to everything and an 8-minute walk from a metro station. Check-in was easy, the receptionists were friendly, and they let us leave our luggage both before check-in and after checkout.

The location was lovely, on a quiet street but still easy to get around from. We had a very large, clean room, and the bathtub was a great surprise. Room service was attentive and left us fresh towels each day. The free minibar was a nice extra, and breakfast had plenty of options.
