Residence & Spa Le Prince Regent

My daughter and I spent a week in the studio apartment in September 2025. We liked how quiet and clean it was, and being beside Luxembourg Gardens made it easy to walk to the Pantheon, Louvre and restaurants in St Germaine. The staff were lovely and brought extra towels and pillows when we asked. Having a washing machine was useful, though in the humidity during our trip, clothes took a couple of days to dry. A heated drying rack would have helped. The spa was being renovated, and we didn't use the kitchen or hotel restaurant, so can't speak to those. We enjoyed our stay and are happy to recommend Residence and Spa Prince Regent.

The room was cleaned really well every day, and the hotel was quiet despite its convenient location. The service was great too. I'd pick this hotel again next time I'm in Paris.

We were especially impressed by the housekeeping team. My son lost a valuable piece of jewelry, and after we'd searched everywhere and assumed it had been dropped in the street, they found it and passed it to the front desk. When we collected our luggage, it was returned in a little envelope. The front desk staff were also so kind and kept our bags all day. We stayed in a very clean, modern two bedroom apartment, with lots of room, a huge bathroom, and a sofa that opened into a comfortable queen bed. Each bedroom had two king-size beds with soft mattresses and pillows, plus a big closet. There was a full kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, plates and silverware, as well as a small kitchenette seating area and a larger dining table. The online pictures were accurate, even though I was nervous because they looked so good. It's directly across from a handy little convenience store.

We were really happy with how convenient the place was for our first Paris trip. It's on a quiet one-way street, with a convenience store and a wine bar right across the road. The store was handy for water and milk, and we picked up wine to take away from the bar a few nights. Lots of things are walkable, and there was plenty of space for our family in the two bed, two bath suite, along with lots of closets. Daily cleaning was a nice extra. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the price felt reasonable. It was a very hot week. The AC wasn't especially cool throughout, but each bedroom had its own unit and stayed cool at night with the doors shut. They go down to 19 degrees Celsius. Having a washer dryer in the apartment helped, though I'm still not sure how to work it properly. The kitchen was useful for washing our daughter's dishes and making lunch after the market. Our daughter got sick and threw up in the cab on the way from the airport. Since our room wasn't ready yet, the staff kindly let us use the spa to shower. The spa is on site, too. The lift is tiny. Each time we got back, we had to carry our stroller up three flights of winding stairs. It was hard in the heat with a two year old, but not a deal breaker.
