We liked the stylish, cozy apartment and its spot in a courtyard in a fun, trendy area that’s mostly residential. It was comfortable enough for three, even if a little cozy. Getting around was easy on foot, with shops, restaurants, buses, trains, trams, and the Metro all close by, and the area felt safe. The kitchen had cooking supplies, which was useful, though the toaster tripped the breaker wherever we plugged it in. The bathroom was clean and tidy, but the water pressure and temperature weren’t great, and the sliding door doesn’t give much privacy. I’d strongly consider coming back.

Getting in was easy with the instructions, though big suitcases could make it tricky. The apartment is tiny but fine for a simple Paris stay, with a double bed. It’s about a one minute walk to the metro, and an Uber to the Arc de Triumph costs around €20-25 and takes about 35 minutes.

We booked a full week here for our family after the nice photos made it look like an ideal place, especially with a kitchen and washing machine. The stay quickly turned into a bad vacation: the floor was dusty, and the sofa had stains and fur all over it. This really isn’t a place for families. We should’ve paid attention to an earlier review about poor cleaning, because it was right. There seems to be no management or supervision. When we needed help, the grumpy owner did as little as possible and used the pet-friendly policy to excuse the poor cleaning.

I come back here every year because I love it. It’s comfortable and nice, and although I’ve seen comments about cleanliness, I’ve never had any problems with it. I’ll keep returning.
