Residhome Paris Rosa Parks

The neighborhood is pleasant, with shops nearby and a train station within walking distance that connects to major routes. The hotel itself was a very poor experience, though. The staff were indifferent from the outset, and the walls in my room were very dirty. The hallway smelled almost unbearable, the bed creaked with every small movement, and trains and traffic were clearly audible through the poor soundproofing. It also didn’t feel suitable for families with children, as there are no facilities for them. We just needed directions to the parking advertised in our booking, but couldn’t find its entrance. The receptionist, who was supposedly on a break and lying on a chair, refused to help, and nobody else was around. We ended up parking across the street and paying €25 for 24 hours. An uncomfortable room and unhelpful staff made this a very poor stay.

The room at Residhome Paris Rosa Parks was sparkling clean, and we had a very comfortable stay. It’s about an hour’s walk from the tourist attractions, but public transport links are very good.

We had a good stay, and the room was well equipped. The staff were friendly too. There was a little noise coming through the window vents, but everything else was great. Thanks to everyone at Residhome.

It was freezing outside, and the heating in our room didn't work. I told the front desk three times during our stay, but nobody came to fix it. They didn't move us to a room with working heat or offer any refund or discount. Unacceptable.
