It was refreshing not to feel nickel-and-dimed. The hotel offered a free non-alcoholic minibar in the room, restocked daily, plus lobby snacks, coffee and tea, and pastries from 2pm to 2am. Breakfast was excellent, with several hot and vegetarian choices, and reasonably priced, especially when booked ahead at a discount. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with charming touches, like the snare drum that served as our nightstand. Two metro lines were easy to reach. I’m glad I found a French hotel group to stay with in Paris, and I’d happily return.

The daily snacks and drinks were a real treat, and my kids enjoyed playing the lobby piano while we relaxed. The location worked really well for us because we like walking and exploring, and it felt more central than some hotels near the big tourist sights. Kevin and the front desk team were great, with travel advice and plenty of help for our needs. Our rooms were a decent size, but could have been cleaner, and we loved the street view from the balcony. The fitness room was tiny and had very limited equipment. I’d strongly recommend the hotel, and would give it five stars if the rooms were cleaner and the gym were better.

Such a beautiful hotel. I spent two days there working as a NouNou to a little boy, and really enjoyed the time with him at the hotel. The staff were kind and helpful. Thank you to General Manager Hugues Godard for the warm welcome in the lobby.

I only stayed one night, so I didn’t get to try all the facilities, but I’d recommend the hotel for this area. I liked the small details: the front door is always locked and you use your key or get buzzed in; free drinks and snacks are laid out in the lobby, where staff invite you to sit and relax; and the staff are consistently friendly and smiling. My room was small but comfortable enough. I arrived around 9pm after an unfortunate problem at another accommodation and needed somewhere urgently. I chose Le 123 because it was nearby and had favorable Google reviews. Mo at reception was helpful and sympathetic when I explained what had happened. He confirmed there were rooms available, I booked online, and he then offered me an upgrade. When you’re having a bad day, a stranger’s kindness goes a long way, and I wanted to recognize him.
