Les Lilas Serviced Apartments

The room itself was fine and mine was clean. The bed was comfortable, though one pillow was awful. Luckily, the other one was good, so my wife took that one. There was quite a lot of mold in the shower and it needs dealing with. Check-in and key collection are at separate places, about a 30-minute drive apart. Parking is really tight too, especially if you have a bigger car. I can’t really recommend it.

The carpet was soaking wet, and even after we told them, they couldn’t say where the water was coming from. The room smelled because of it. It also looked nothing like the room we saw online. I’ve never seen a room so dirty. The mattress was very old and unbelievably uncomfortable, the bed was awful, and the duvets were so thin that my friend and I bought a new one. I wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone. 👎👎👎👎😪😪😪

The Mairie des Lilas Metro station is very convenient, and getting to central Paris took about 20 minutes. I stayed here in 1999 with two other people in a mezzanine suite. I remember it as a very nice, clean and comfortable room. I’d definitely recommend a stay here.

We had to go back to the office just to pay the 6 euro tax, with no way to transfer it. Getting the keys was also a hassle since check-in required a 30-minute trip to collect them. The room hadn’t been cleaned properly: someone else’s belongings were left in it and under the bed. When we called for clean towels, we were told we only got one set, fresh ones weren’t included and would cost extra each day. For the price, I don’t think it’s worth it. I wouldn’t stay again and will be making a complaint.
