Spacious apartement 2 bedrooms

Victor at reception was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, and made a real difference to our stay. Thanks for making my and Masna’s holidays so much better, we really appreciated it. We really enjoyed Foch Hotel Résidence. It's in a calm, convenient spot, with everything nearby and easy access around the city. A wonderful place to stay in Paris, and we'd definitely return. ~ Sahar:)

We couldn't cope with the conditions and left early, giving up our last night. The room was under the roof, filthy, foul-smelling, and unbearably hot, like a sauna. The AC didn't work, including in the replacement room. They gave us a tiny fan that blew hot air, and the noise from the building's ventilation outside was so aggressive and deafening that we couldn't open the window. There was visible black mold in the shower, thick spiderwebs on the lamps, and a broken shower door. Water pressure was so poor that washing properly was impossible. No one helped with our heavy luggage. Management ignored our WhatsApp messages, and when we tried to sort things out, the male manager was extremely rude and arrogant, snapping at us. Our trip was ruined. Absolute trash and a health hazard. Avoid this dump at all costs!

The reception area was nice, the staff were great, and the location worked perfectly for anyone needing parking. But our superior double was tiny and not clean, with several hairs on the pillows and sheets. The bathroom was very dated and had no cold water.

The neighborhood was a good choice, and we'll definitely come back. The hotel was clean and peaceful, and the staff were sweet. Samnia and Herizo treated us very well!
