The customer service was terrible. From arrival to checkout, every response was slow and unsatisfactory, and they made very little effort to sort anything out. We were given a check-in time, but when we arrived the apartment was completely dirty, so we had to wait outside for two hours. Then at departure, we couldn’t get back a personal item we’d forgotten. The apartment in Paris was poorly maintained too. The windows wouldn’t open, appliances and outlets didn’t work, and the furniture was in bad condition. If you want to enjoy your vacation, avoid any property managed by them.

The place was clean and very well located, but the equipment was pretty poorly maintained, which is a shame. Some sockets were coming away from the wall, doors wouldn’t close properly, the floor was very noisy, and the chandeliers were broken.
