Niepce Paris Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton

The only part that got a little repetitive was breakfast: it was the same each day, although there was a good range and plenty for our four days and three nights. Guests staying longer might get tired of it. Our room, number 115, faced the elevator and was still completely quiet, which we appreciated. There’s also a small gym with what you need for a quick workout. The hotel has just 52 rooms and a charming, intimate feel. Everyone we met, from housekeeping and reception to the bar and breakfast staff, was warm, attentive, helpful, and professional. Julia gave us a lovely welcome at check-in, Karin looked after us throughout, and Celine served our welcome drink on the last day with a friendly, relaxed manner. Metro Line 13 is about a two-minute walk away, so getting into the city was easy. We left delighted with the hospitality and would gladly stay here again. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

We’d be very happy to come back. The hotel sits in a calm neighborhood, which made it easy to unwind after busy days, and the metro connects it well to Paris’s best-known sights. What made the stay feel personal was the care from the team. Julia and Karine at the front office recognized us as Hilton members and helped us make full use of our benefits. Celine, the Front Office Manager, was gracious and easy to talk to. The hospitality was among the best we’ve experienced in Europe. It had a welcoming, individual feel that’s harder to find at a big chain.

Breakfast was a highlight, with lots of choice and made-to-order omelettes included. I kept forgetting to order one, so I’ll have to remember next time. Mathieu at the bar was lovely and made a delicious Old Fashioned. The hotel restaurant was oddly closed on weekends, but the list of nearby restaurant suggestions helped us choose where to eat. For our anniversary weekend, we were upgraded to a suite, the biggest in the hotel. Hilton Gold status helped, of course, but we were still thrilled. Julia greeted us at the front desk and made us feel at home from the start. The residential area is quiet, while the main sights are reachable by a reasonable taxi ride or walk. It was our best hotel stay ever: cozy, clean, well maintained, and staffed by great people. We’re coming back, and we’ll remember this weekend in Paris for a long time.

We’d gladly stay at Le Niepce Paris, Curio Collection again. It’s a stylish hotel, and the whole visit left a great impression. Karine and Nadeesha at the front desk gave us a warm welcome and looked after us so well. Matthew at the bar also deserves a mention for wine suggestions my wife and I both loved. Great taste and a really nice vibe.
