The shared room was really uncomfortable. Some people there weren't clean and acted in ways that made me uneasy. My roommates came back around 1 a.m., slammed doors, made a lot of noise at the sink, and kept waking me up. The room was also very hot even in February, so I had to open the windows and listen to traffic. The bathroom was dirty and smelly, and leaked while I was there. I also spotted a strange insect in the room. I chose this hotel because it was conveniently located and the cheapest option in town. I saved about $100 compared with other places, but ended up regretting that choice. I didn’t feel safe or welcome, and the staff were rude and unhelpful when problems came up. I know it’s a budget place, but basic cleanliness, respect, and a sense of safety should still be expected. Trying to save money was a big mistake. I wish I’d spent a bit more for somewhere cleaner and more secure.

The staff were so kind and welcoming, always ready to help, and really made me feel at home. Everything was clean and organized, and the beds were comfortable enough to rest well after a long day. I tried breakfast at the hostel restaurant. It was simple, but fresh and tasty. The location is convenient for exploring the city, close to everything. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

The best part was definitely the staff. They were amazing, kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, and they made the experience special. I stayed in a four-bed women-only dorm, and it was clean, organized, and felt safe. The place has a great atmosphere and is easy to enjoy.

Do not book here. I lost $1,100 during my stay when someone broke into my dorm and robbed me and another person, even though we both had locks on. I was on Level 5, where key card access is needed for the building, lifts, and stairwell doors. The property told me restaurant guests can access Level 2, but that doesn't explain how someone reached Level 5. Later, I was told another resident let the person into the dorm. That still leaves serious questions about how they got onto the secured hostel floors. If key cards are required throughout the building, either the thief was a paying guest or the hostel lacks proper security measures. Either way, I see it as a serious security and duty-of-care failure. I reported the theft as soon as I discovered it. No urgent action was taken to check CCTV or help identify who was responsible. I followed up repeatedly by email and got generic replies instead of clear answers or accountability. I was left to deal with the police report and everything afterward myself. I trusted that access-controlled floors would provide basic safety as a paying guest, and that trust was not upheld. Because of the security breach and lack of meaningful help, I formally requested a refund for my three-night stay. Future guests should carefully consider the security arrangements before booking.
