WS Louvre - Saint Honoré

The location and price were great, and we got in because a neighbor gave us the building code. We then helped two other unlucky customers get in too. But the company was terrible at communicating. The email just before arrival had the wrong address, though luckily I’d saved the correct one in my map. We were also sent the wrong entry code and photos of a completely different building. The email links didn’t work, and nobody answered the phone. On my second day, after four emails trying to explain the mix-ups, I still couldn’t get through to anyone who understood. It’s a nice little apartment for the money, but I wouldn’t risk having something go wrong and needing their help.

The roof fan did nothing to cool the room. It just blew dust around. We spent one night at WS LOUVRE CASANOVA - WS ROOMS in June 2025, and the stay was unacceptable. The next day, my partner and I found multiple bed bug bites. We called the property right away, and they acknowledged the problem and promised compensation. More than a month later, after many emails and calls, there was still no concrete solution. All we got were vague messages about waiting for a manager’s approval, with no apparent concern for the itching, stress, sleepless nights, or fear of bringing bugs home on our belongings. Booking.com was informed but didn’t resolve it either. I strongly advise against booking here. They showed no accountability or care, even with a serious health concern.

A little pricey, but nearby hotels seem to be in about the same range, so I can’t really complain. The room was super clean and the renovation felt fresh. I felt the love in every detail. I had a five-day stay at the WS Property apartment at Christophe Colomb 14, and it turned into a nightmare. On the last day, the safe stopped working. I reported it two hours before leaving, and they said they’d handle it promptly, but no one came. I missed an important transfer to Belgium. They said the incident was on camera and promised to send the footage within days, so I trusted them with my belongings. Instead, after 40 calls, they still hadn’t sent the video or even a list of what they’d removed from the safe. The items included important documents, money, and jewelry. I then extended my stay by three days, paying for the apartment while waiting for the footage and my things. There were also smaller problems: I was given the wrong entry code, promised amenities were missing, and the internet didn’t work for a few days. Management never contacted me during the five-day ordeal, despite repeated assurances that everything would be fixed. I consider this theft and deception, and advise anyone looking at WS Property to stay away. Their broken promises and failure to take responsibility left me with a bitter experience no traveler should have to go through.
