WS Louvre - Tuileries

We paid 473€!!! After that terrible night, they offered me 10% of the full amount for the night with bedbugs in the bathroom. When I asked for demand twice, they emailed: “We’re sorry to inform you that we have not yet received feedback from the manager”. Minus 10 out of 10, would not recommend. Don't stay here if you don't want to lose your money and get bedbugs. We couldn't get in when we first arrived because we hadn't received instructions for finding the apartment. After I called the hotline twice, they promised to send everything within 5 minutes, and the girl on the phone said getting in would be easy if we followed the instructions. Instead, the lock wouldn't open and the hotline couldn't help, so it took us 40 minutes to enter. Inside, we found hair and stains on the bed linen, which clearly hadn't been changed before we arrived. After a long flight, we had to call the hotline again and wait for clean sheets. Then, around midnight, the two of us couldn't get back into the room. Our phones were low on battery and our documents were inside. We spent over an hour calling the hotline and ringing the bell, but no one came. Eventually someone opened the door. You can't get inside without this process. When we turned on the light, we saw bedbugs crawling on the bed and didn't dare sleep there. By then it was 1:30 a.m., and every other hotel we tried to book was full. We spent the whole night sitting in the bathroom and hallway without sleeping. While we were trying to rest, a table fell off the wall. It had only been attached with one screw, straight into a crumbling wall. We checked out in the morning.
