WS Tour Eiffel - Nicolo

The location was convenient, right near where we had our appointment. But we were given a different room from the one I'd booked, and the place wasn't especially clean, with cobwebs in the corners. We arrived early but still had to wait while the cleaner was inside. At 3:12 pm she still wasn't done and said she needed another 20 minutes, so we left our things and went out for food. The curtain rod for the ceiling glass was torn out. To use the air conditioning, we would have had to open the balcony door, which we didn't want to do, so it was very hot at night. The toilet smelled strongly and foully. They could do much more with the balcony and perhaps change the kind of air conditioning they have.

I booked two rooms, and neither had a basic promised amenity like towels. They never brought us any during the stay and didn't offer a solution. The experience was awful, and they were extremely unhelpful.

Small rooms, a dirty bathroom, and a disrespectful host. I'd never come back. I don't understand how a place like this can operate in Paris.

The location is the only real reason to stay here. The room was much smaller than I expected, and they only provided toilet paper and towels. The kettle nearly caught fire, and the cleaning staff showed up early and were rude.
