XO Hotel Paris

The location was lovely, about a 15-minute walk from Arc The Triumph on Champs Elysses and close to two metro lines. My bed was very large and comfortable, and the rooms were nice and clean enough. Service was decent. Breakfast was great, though it costs 21 euros per person if you don't pre order.

Our group of 26 had one of the best hotel stays we've had. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and nicely presented, and the whole place felt warm, welcoming, and elegant. From the start, the team at XO Hotel Paris looked after us with real care and attention, and everyone in our group was delighted. They made our Paris visit especially memorable, and we’ll gladly recommend XO Hotel Paris to friends, colleagues, and partners. We’ll definitely return on another trip to Paris.

The location is in the 18th arrondissement, with little restaurants, boutiques, and shops just around the corner. It's not the most central spot if you want to walk everywhere, but you can always take a taxi. We were there during a busy fashion week and felt the price was very fair for what we got. Downstairs, there was Nespresso coffee and a range of good teas available anytime, a nice comfort. The rooms were cozy, spotless, and surprisingly spacious for Paris, with a big bathroom. The interior is stylish, warm, and beautiful. A really solid four-star hotel and great value.

For what we paid, Hotel XO was excellent value, especially compared with what the same rate gets you in other European capitals. The room looked just like the photos, which is unusual in central Paris, with a comfortable bed around 1.8m wide, a roomy bathroom, and all the facilities they promised. Staff were great throughout. When we asked about water, they gave us bottled water for free instead of charging us, and even brought our luggage straight to the room. We booked through Booking and arrived well before official check-in, but they handled it smoothly: we could check in early, leave our bags at reception, and were clearly told when the rooms would be ready. I'd gladly recommend Hotel XO and return next time I'm in Paris.
