The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beds felt luxurious. Our receptionist was wonderful and very helpful. It's a charming little boutique hotel, only a few metres from the town center with plenty of places to eat nearby. There isn't a bar, but I can certainly recommend staying here.

We got upgraded to a superior room because one was available, which we really appreciated. It was cozy and comfortable, and the hotel is beautiful, with each space having its own charm and a warm, elegant feel. The weekend felt very romantic, and the hotel helped make it special. Marine made us feel at home from the moment we arrived until checkout. She was kind and attentive, welcomed us warmly, and took time to explain what to see and where to go so we could make the most of our weekend. Hotel Bristol is in an excellent spot for exploring the city and enjoying a relaxing weekend. We'd happily return and would absolutely recommend it.

It's a lovely old-fashioned hotel, and the staff are very nice. Breakfast is fresh and good, though the choices are limited and there isn't a hot breakfast. No bar or restaurant on site either, but there are plenty nearby.

I spent four nights here recently and would definitely like to come back. My deluxe room was very comfortable and cozy, with interior design that was great down to the smallest details. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great too.

We had a truly superb four-course set dinner, with every dish put together thoughtfully and with care. I can't recommend it highly enough. The hotel itself is charming, beautifully styled, and right in the heart of old Pau. The staff are lovely, and the rooms are very spacious and each decorated in its own way.
