chez christian&astrid Next to Disneyland Paris

Very nice.

We left the same day we arrived and drove the four hours home. With young kids, we weren't comfortable sharing the bathroom and kitchen, and we wouldn't have booked if we'd known the place was shared with other guests. That wasn't mentioned. The listing also said pet friendly, but we were asked to come back from Disney because our dog barked when the other tenant arrived. The rooms were less than 2 meters apart with only a hollow door between them, so the dog could hear noises and bark like most dogs do. We only got a key for the bedroom. The front door and gate were never locked, which also made us uncomfortable. The listing's claims about a pool view, being close to Disney, and a private bathroom were false. The so-called pool view was just a look at the owners' private pool through our small bedroom windows, and the drive to Disney was 35-40 minutes. We asked for a refund after cancelling, but were denied. This was the worst stay we've had, and the description was completely misleading. Booking still hasn't responded to our complaints.

We were there for less than 10 minutes and left. There was a warning that the car might be broken into, and the hallway smelled foul. The rooms reeked of a dirty, wet dog, and the sheets and pillows were dirty. It was so filthy it made us sick, and we threw up outside. Now the owners won't refund us. We demand our money back and will never book here again! 🤢 🤢 😡

As soon as we arrived, we decided to find somewhere else to sleep. It was so dirty, and the blankets and pillows smelled of dogs. Never again!
