The owner's friendliness disappeared when it was time to leave. She had no flexibility despite our traveling with two young children, and her calls were bossy and showed no empathy. She even claimed the next guests also had two small children to pressure us, but we met them and there were four adults. We later saw them in the village too. We left Valberg at the end of the day after spending two hours sledding in front of the apartment balcony, while the next guests hurried to have a drink on your balcony. So please don't call me a liar or twist what happened. We also met your “service provider” in response to your reply, and I'll say no more about that. The studio was cluttered with two lockable wardrobes that weren't in the photos. The sofa bed looked much less attractive than pictured, the terrace didn't look like the one shown, and the coffee table was missing. The fire alarm had been removed and not replaced, though its base was still there. The COVID-19 precautions seemed questionable since the owner relied heavily on tenants to clean for the next guests. With so little time between guests, thorough disinfection seemed impossible.

I booked through Booking.com and expected at least a shower towel and sheets for the bed. I was really disappointed. Not great. One

After an initial phone call, she became unreachable just minutes before check-in when we needed to cancel the reservation. We called throughout the day and sent emails, but got no response. She claimed that both credit cards we provided were invalid. I found her dishonest and unpleasant, and strongly advise against dealing with her if you don't want to be left stranded.

Everything was as described, with all the amenities, and the location was good. I also had very pleasant phone conversations with the manager.
