Château de Lerse

The food was a huge part of what made our stay so special. Joss’s cooking was exquisite, and our guests are still talking about every dish. The château was also breathtaking, with rooms finished to an exceptional standard and a lovely mix of luxury, comfort, and elegance. It was just right for our celebration. From our first meeting with Joss until the reluctant goodbye, we felt completely cared for and in safe hands. Everyone on the team was warm, professional, and genuinely thoughtful. Their love for what they do showed in all the details. Leaving brought us to tears. Those few magical days had ended, and it felt like saying goodbye to friends. Joss and the team, thank you for giving us the best 3 days of our lives. We hope to return to Lerse soon. Choosing Château de Lerse was the best decision we ever made. If you’re considering it, don’t hesitate.

I fell for Chateau de Lerse when I photographed a wedding there last year. There’s lovely countryside around the beautiful château, plus some great additional buildings and a pool. We looked at over 10 chateaus before visiting Lerse, and fell for it as soon as we saw it. Our wedding there in May was perfection. The bedrooms, facilities, pool area, glamping tents, and extra on-site accommodation are all decorated to an exceptionally high standard. It really does feel luxurious. As incredible as the views and venue are, Joss and his team were the best part. Everything Joss cooked over the weekend was incredible, some of the best food I’ve ever tasted. The team made all our guests feel welcome and at ease, and nothing was too much trouble. I can’t recommend Lerse highly enough. It’s the most special place in the world, and Joss and the team gave us memories we’ll cherish forever.
