The room itself was nice, but our stay was really disappointing for €158 for one night with two adults and a baby. The bathroom had no running water at all, so we couldn't shower or even wash, and we couldn't reach anyone when we tried to report the problems. We'd also paid an extra €8 for a baby bed, but it wasn't there. Getting in was another problem: the door code didn't work, and we waited over 30 minutes before reaching someone by phone to let us in. Booking had already been difficult, though after a while on the phone a very kind lady sorted it out.

Suite "Lys" worked perfectly for two adults and two kids, who were teens. It's a modern, beautifully designed suite in a historic building in Perouges.

The house has a wonderful atmosphere, and it was very quiet at night. We were warmly welcomed and found it really comfortable. Breakfast on the terrace was excellent. The stairs up to the top floor could be steep for someone who has trouble with stairs.

We loved the beautiful room, but the codes didn't work. Plan to have water with you, since everything closes early and the minibar is extremely expensive.

Breakfast even came with a slice of galette, a regional specialty. The hotel is charming, set in a historic building, and the host made us feel very welcome.
