We spent two lovely nights here as a welcome break on our trip through Northern France. The hotel is perfectly situated, and while the outside has a classic look, the interior updates are modern and thoughtful. The view was beautiful, and breakfast was hearty and high quality. Everyone on staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. And the shower was the best we'd had in weeks in France.

We stayed for three nights and only needed the car for half a day. There was so much to do nearby, and the hotel is right by the granite rose walking path. One evening we had a wonderful meal at the very nice gourmet restaurant. The service was lovely and the wine selection superb.

After breakfast, we did a three-mile loop hike around the area. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are lovely, and the location is spectacular. Service was wonderful too. We're having dinner here tonight, and we'd come back in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay at the "castel beau site". The sea view was breathtaking, the rooms were spacious enough and fairly modern, and the food was fresh and fine. Staff were helpful and very friendly. There was one serious letdown, though. It was pouring when we arrived, but nobody came to help with our bags or offer an umbrella. The front office manager came outside with an umbrella for himself and quickly told us to move the car. We had to carry everything into the lobby ourselves and were soaked by the time we checked in. That's not how guests should be welcomed at a hotel of this standing.

Our room had a gorgeous view, and the hotel made a great starting point for our walk along the coastal path. It also worked well as a base for short drives around the area.
