Sylvie was heading to lunch when we arrived, but even though we said it was fine, she came back out of the Cave with a large glass of delicious 2011 red for us to have with lunch while we waited. She returned quickly, just as promised, and carried on with a full wine tasting while our four young children watched. She made a real effort to include them too, giving them grenadine in glasses so they felt part of it. A wonderful host and delicious wine. Highly recommend. Thank you!

We were so glad to find this lovely winery and meet Sylvie, an amazingly friendly and helpful host. Its history is fascinating, and you can feel connected to it all around the property. It's a rural place near St Emilion, yet all the amenities are just 5-10 minutes away.

We made a very spontaneous call on our way back to Germany to see if we could stay one night with our little campervan. We were lucky that she said yes, and ended up having a wonderful time at this beautiful chateau. It was so much better than a typical campsite, with everything we needed and a lovely vineyard view to wake up to. The next day, Sylvie gave us a little tour and wine tasting. She's an impressive, wonderful woman with a real passion for her wine, and she made us feel very welcome. All the wines we tried were delicious and organic, so choosing which ones to take with us was hard. We'd highly recommend a visit, ideally with a tasting, and we'd definitely stay again if we get the chance. Merci beacoup for everything, Sylvie! Warm regards, Nina & Philipp

We've visited this winery two years running and love the family who own and run it. Their organic wines are excellent, and they have lovely rentals for anyone wanting to stay a few nights. They're relaxed, welcoming and friendly. We recently spent a night on the property in our van while traveling through the area, and were glad we stopped. Businesses like this deserve everyone's support!

A calming atmosphere and a really well chosen wine selection.
