The location and the view are beautiful, so it’s a nice place to stop for coffee in the afternoon. Lunch, though, was average and overpriced. My tasteless tartare came with no side, and they offered me a salad for an extra 10 euros. I’m happy to pay for good food, but that felt wrong, like a tourist trap. The service was aggressive and unfriendly, nothing like what you’d expect from a refined restaurant. It’s a 3-star hotel with an amazing setting, but the food and service disappointed.

Madame made our stay special. She looked after guests from early morning until late in the evening and handled every request with a smile. She even pointed us toward the best beach and sent us off with beach towels. Her staff were lovely too. Our room was great, and the views were unbelievable. I could happily spend the whole day on the terrace. We’ll be back!

This family-run, old-school hotel has a great sea-view patio and good parking. It’s very quiet at night, even in a room facing the road, and breakfast was very nice, though nothing out of the ordinary. The restaurant was okay. The area is pleasant and works well as a starting point for a mountain hike. We stayed in mid-September and felt it was overpriced overall. There’s no lift or air conditioning, and it isn’t wheelchair-friendly, though the ground floor and restaurant are accessible. English wasn’t spoken except by some of the waiters.

We came back in the afternoon to find our room empty. The hotel had overbooked us for one night, packed up all our belongings, and moved them into storage, including opening and going through our suitcases. Absolutely disgraceful.

The staff were very helpful when sorting out a transfer that the agents had forgotten, even though they’d still remembered to bill us. It’s a grand old French hotel on the main road to Piano, overlooking the cove. Peaceful and quiet, except for the floorboards.
