Lunch with wine and beer for four came to €45, so it was great value. The food was delicious and the service was quick and friendly.

The owners are lovely, and the room was beautiful. The cuisine was very satisfying too. For cyclists wanting to tackle the climbs around the Vosges, or hikers exploring the area, I can’t imagine a better place to stay. Possibly the best base around, and highly recommended.

8th July 2018. The spot was nice for stopping on the bike along the Route De Cretes, but the burger was tasteless and well below average. €12 felt way too expensive for it. :(

A lovely spot up in the woods on the mountain. The hotel has a pleasant, rustic feel, and the staff are nice too.
