We stayed in April 2023 and the location was hard to beat. The gondola to the La Plagne ski area and the chairlift to Les Arcs are right nearby, making it easy to explore all of Paradiski. We’d arrived on the overnight Eurostar with very little sleep, so it made a big difference that our apartment was ready and we could check in early. No need to stash our luggage somewhere before our first day on the slopes. The staff were friendly, the apartment was clean, and we had a great valley view from the balcony. Security was good too: the entry codes changed weekly, and our skis, boots, helmets and goggles fit in our own lockable closet in the ski room. There were a couple of pieces of crockery and cutlery missing, but we noted them on the inventory form and weren’t charged for damage at the end. I’d definitely book again. A few small things could be better: the pool area was a bit cool, though not unbearable, and the billiards area shuts at 7 pm. We were three in an apartment that sleeps six, so we had room to relax, but I imagine evenings might feel cramped at full occupancy. The kitchen was small, with no prep space unless we used the draining board or hob. The microwave/oven sits quite high above the fridge, and reaching up to take out hot food didn’t feel very safe. The nearest shops and restaurants are a few minutes’ walk away, and we loved the local bakery/deli. I wouldn’t recommend this resort to anyone looking for après-ski.
