Manoir Les Brieux

We loved the park and its pond, and breakfast was generous and nicely presented. The manor house and bedrooms are beautifully decorated, and the bathrooms are roomy. Charles and his wife welcomed us so warmly that we felt like family. We stayed two nights, August 31st to September 2nd, while visiting the Brocéliande Forest. It’s peaceful here and still very close to Paimpont. If we get back to the area, we’ve found our place. I’d recommend booking directly by calling Charles at the mobile number shown in the photos.

The room was spacious, the grounds lovely, and breakfast was excellent, with bread, pastries, yogurt, fruit, cheese, and more. The owners made us feel especially welcome and were happy to share local tips. Also, that high-quality hairdryer deserves a mention, those are far too rare. Thank you!

Fresh bread and pastries every morning, plus fruit and homemade jams, made breakfast a treat. We spent four days here as a family, at a reasonable price, and had a wonderful stay in the heart of Brocéliande. The Manor is nearby, handy for exploring the lands of Merlin and his legends. Our hosts were welcoming and available throughout, with useful local advice. The rooms and bathroom were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with cosy bedding and a view of the small pond.

The owners are wonderfully attentive and welcome you almost like family. They know the area well and can point you toward local attractions and excellent restaurants, both well worth trying before you head back. The rooms are comfortable and keep their old-world charm, and the property itself is magnificent, set in peaceful countryside. We got a lovely warm welcome.
