The reservation mix-up was a major hassle. We had booked two rooms, but the hotel only had one, and although they admitted the mistake and paid for a room elsewhere, there was nothing nearby. Half of us wound up in a somewhat sketchy B&B, had to be driven there, and it disrupted our night. The hotel itself was okay. The food looked beautiful but tasted bland and forgettable. If I came back, I'd stay and eat somewhere else.

I don't know how guests staying at the hotel are treated, but my daughter and I were yelled at by a staff member when we went into the toilet. She only needed to rinse her mouth and clean her retainers. He shouted at her and kept lecturing her about respecting other people's privacy, repeating that using the toilet cost 5€!! We hadn't seen any sign nearby saying that. We paid the 5€ afterward, and hope his business benefits from it. It was a very traumatic experience for both of us.

We stayed for one night and had dinner at the restaurant. The accommodation was excellent, and the food was amazing.

I'd been to Ploumanach many times but had never stayed before. It's a lovely hotel in a great location, with plenty of bars and restaurants around.
